Challenge
A clinic sells two unlike things — appointments and products — and a visitor almost always wants exactly one.
Solution
Booking and the shop are separate routes, both reachable from the header, and the treatment menu is kept apart from the retail range. Mixed together each makes the other harder to find, and the clinical side starts to read as an upsell.
